This application is operated by LPB Tax and Accounting Services, founded by Nicolette Yearde, CPA, EA, MTax. We provide AI-assisted tax review tools for informational and educational purposes. Our website is lpbservices.com.

2. What Information We Collect

When you use this application, we may collect:

• Your name and email address
• Business name and entity type (for business returns)
• Tax year and filing status
• Financial figures such as income, revenue, and balances
• State of filing
• Documents you upload (tax return files)
• Payment information processed through Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
• IP address and basic browser information for security and analytics

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Generate your AI-assisted preliminary tax summary and paid review report
• Send you a copy of your report by email
• Process your payment through Stripe
• Respond to your follow-up questions or support requests
• Improve the accuracy and quality of our review tools

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Uploaded Documents

Documents you upload (such as tax return files) are actively analyzed by our AI-assisted system to provide line-by-line findings and deduction gap analysis. They are stored securely and are not shared with any third party.

Important: While your structured submission data and generated report are automatically and permanently deleted after 12 months (see Section 6), the uploaded document file itself is not automatically deleted by our system. If you would like your uploaded document file removed sooner, contact us at info@lpbservices.com and we will manually remove it upon request.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. LPB Tax and Accounting Services does not store your credit card number, expiration date, or CVV. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

6. Data Retention

Your submission data and generated reports, including all structured tax figures (income, balances, filing status, entity type, and similar details), are retained for 12 months from the date of submission and then automatically and permanently deleted by our system on a weekly schedule.

Uploaded document files are not automatically deleted. Because the document you upload is actively used by our analysis and our platform does not support automatic file deletion, the file itself remains in storage beyond the 12-month structured-data retention period. If you would like your uploaded document file removed at any time, contact us at info@lpbservices.com and we will manually remove it upon request.

You may also request earlier deletion of any of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Request that we stop processing your data

8. Cookies and Analytics

This application may use cookies or similar technologies for session management and basic usage analytics. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party behavioral profiling.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. All connections to this application use HTTPS encryption. However, no system is 100% secure. If you have security concerns, contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
