Terms Of Service | LPB Tax Review

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LPB Tax and Accounting Services CPA Review Analyzer ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this Application.

2. Nature of the Service

The Application provides AI-assisted tax analysis tools developed by Nicolette Yearde, CPA, EA, MTax, of LPB Tax and Accounting Services. All output, including free summaries and paid reports, is:

Informational and educational in nature
Based solely on the information you provide
Not a substitute for individualized CPA advice, tax preparation, or legal counsel
Not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or applicable to your specific situation

Generated reports have not been individually reviewed by a licensed CPA unless expressly stated in writing.

3. No CPA-Client Relationship

Use of this Application does not create a CPA-client, attorney-client, or advisory relationship between you and LPB Tax and Accounting Services or Nicolette Yearde. For an official CPA engagement, please schedule a consultation at calendly.com/lpbservices/15min.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information when completing the review form
Use the Application only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Application
Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

5. Payments and Refunds

Paid reports are charged at the rates displayed at the time of purchase ($47 for individual returns, $97 for business returns). All payments are processed through Stripe. Due to the digital and immediately-delivered nature of the service, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery of your report, contact us at info@lpbservices.com within 7 days and we will work to resolve it.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and AI frameworks used in this Application are the intellectual property of LPB Tax and Accounting Services. Generated reports are licensed to you for your personal or business use. You may not resell, republish, or distribute reports without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LPB Tax and Accounting Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Application or its outputs. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable report.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the AI-generated analysis will be accurate or complete.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
